**Black Honey Processing Method:**
This is a coffee processing method where the coffee cherries are depulped, but part of the mucilage (the flesh) remains on the bean during drying. This results in a darker color and a sweeter, more intense flavor reminiscent of honey, hence the name "Black Honey."
