Shipping and payment

1. Choice of transport

Do you want to have your order sent home or, for example, to work? We send packages every day between 9-11 o'clock, ie. that the package leaves on the day of your order, at least on the second day. Choose your favorite carrier:

Czech republic and Slovakia

• package to the Czech Post: the price is 89 CZK incl. VAT with weight up to 0.5 kg and 119 CZK incl. VAT with weight over 0.5 kg. The shipment is delivered the next day after dispatch, the delivery person informs you by SMS. If you do not receive the shipment directly from the delivery person, you have the option to pick it up at your Czech Post branch. The shipment is stored here for 7 days, then it returns to us.
• Zásilkovna - delivery to the branch: price 65 CZK incl. VAT and 3.6 EUR incl. VAT throughout Slovakia. Choose a branch of the Zásilkovna and we will deliver the package to you where you need it. Zásilkovna will inform you by SMS about the fact that you can pick up the package.
  
  • Payment on the delivery is also possible with Zásilkovna. We will charge you a standard fee of Zásilkovna 15 CZK, resp. 0.7EUR.
• Zásilkovna - delivery to the address: price 97 CZK incl. VAT throughout the Czech Republic and 4.8 EUR incl. VAT throughout Slovakia. We will deliver the package to your home.

Europe

Delivery to the address: price depends on the final destination - please check it in the order

 2. Forms of payment

You can pay for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery:

  
Bank transfer:

• Fee: 0 Kč / 0 EUR.
• Pay the price of the order via a regular bank transfer at your bank to our account
  
  • Account No. 2501738248/2010, IBAN CZ8620100000002501738248 is valid for payments in CZK
  • Account No. 2401786103/2010, IBAN CZ9420100000002401786103 is valid for payments in EUR
• Enter the order number as a variable symbol.
• Applies to all forms of transport orders and personal collection.

Cash on delivery:

• Fee: 15 Kč, resp. 0,7 EUR.
• Pay the price of the order upon receipt of the shipment.
